JIMMY E. COX - CHAIRMAN OF BOARD

Mr. Cox joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in 1960. Prior to that time he has served four years in the Navy as an Electrician. During his time in the service he attended the Navy Class A School for Electricians. His experience in the Navy and the schools that he attended have given him a solid foundation in both theory and practical experience. After serving in the field in the various capacities of helper, electrican, foreman and superintendent, Mr. Cox was brought into the office in 1972 as Estimator and Project Manager. After serving in all capacities in the office, he became a Stockholder in 1981 and was elected President in 1990. He became Chairman of the Board in August 1997. His vast experience with controls, high voltage and electrical construction of all type structures has proven useful to the Company and Clients.

JIM F. COX - PRESIDENT

Mr. Cox joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in 1985. His duties include Estimator, Project Manager and Project Engineer. He was elected Vice President in 1989 and Senior Vice President in 1994. Mr. Cox received his BSEE from Clemson University in 1985 and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas and Florida. He holds a Master Electrician Card for the State of South Carolina and Unlimited Electrical Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama. He has design experience in all types of design build projects which include textile manufacturing, distribution facilities, LEEDS certified office and research lab facilities,warehousing, Utility Peak Shavings and Standby Generation Plants 1,500 to 12,000 KW. He has supervised electrical projects ranging from office renovation to chemical process lines. Mr. Cox was appointed President in August of 1997.

TERRY L. ROGERS - VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Rogers joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in 1983. He has served as Estimator, Project Manager and Designer during this time. He was elected Vice President in 1989. Prior to joining Walker & Whiteside, Inc. he was electrical field inspector with Sirrine Services Construction Management Group. He has managed projects involving new industrial plant construction, renovations, machinery installations, plant maintenance and airfield lighting.

J. DAVID VAUGHN - PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Vaughn started his electrical with Walker & Whiteside, Inc. and has worked with them a total of 24 years. He started out as an Electrician's Helper and quickly advanced through the ranks to project field supervisor. He was promoted to Estimator, and Project Manager sixteen years ago. His project experience includes Textiles, Chemical, Manufacturing, Power Distribution ,Church work and all types of commercial . Mr. Vaughn has vast experience with controls, clean rooms , textiles, and design build projects.

BENJAMIN BETSILL - SECRETARY

Mr. Betsill joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in July 1998. He graduated from Presbyterian College in 1994 with a degree in Accounting and a degree in Business Administration. He graduated from the University of Georgia in December of 1995 with a Masters in Taxation. He worked for Ernst & Young, LLP from December 1995 to June 1998. During this time he prepared corporate and partnership tax returns. He received his CPA Certificate in 1998. He holds a Master's Electrician Card for the State of South Carolina. His duties at Walker & Whiteside, Inc. include Project Manager and serving as Secretary of the Company.

ELIJAH MURPHY - PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Murphy joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in 1995 as an Electrician's Helper. In September of 1997 he began performing as Estimator, CAD Operator, Project Management and Electrical Design. Mr. Murphy obtained an BSEE from Clemson University in 2002 as well as an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies from Greenville Tech in 1998. Mr. Murphy is licensed as a Professional Engineer. He holds a journeyman electrical license for the state of SC. His experience includes design of power and lighting systems for design build applications. Control wiring for conveyors, paint systems, refrigeration systems, back-up power systems and airfield lighting.

KARL PLESSINGER - PROJECT MANAGER

Mr. Plessinger started his career in the electrical field in 1994 as an Electrician Helper. He worked his way up in the field becoming a supervisor in 5 years. He joined the Walker & Whiteside team in 2006 as Project Manager and Estimator after 12 years of experience. He has spent most of his career working on industrial and commercial projects involving power distribution, controls, machinery installation and industrial maintenance.

ANN LOONEY - PROJECT ESTIMATOR

Mrs. Looney joined Walker & Whiteside, Inc. in 1985 as project estimator. Since that time she has also served as project manager, secretary of the company and CAD operator. She is currently serving the company in the capacity of project estimator and designer.
